Maine Center on Deafness (MCD)

The Maine Center on Deafness is a non-profit community resource center that provides information and referral, deaf advocacy, consumer information and outreach services. MCD’s focus is to assist linking the deaf population with existing community services.

Safer Place

Safer Place is a group of survivors of abuse and professionals who work in the community. They get together monthly to discuss issues related to healing individuals in the Deaf community.

Maine Division of Deafness (DoD)

The Maine Division of Deafness provides services to people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or late deafened. Services include TTY trainings, information and referral, advocacy and accessibility promotion.
